Weighted approximation by q-Ibragimov-Gadjiev operators

Abstract

The present paper deals with a q-generalization of Ibragimov-Gadjiev operators
which were constructed by Ibragimov and Gadjiev in 1970. We studied convergence properties on the interval [0;infinity) and obtain rate of convergence in terms of weighted modulus of continuity. We also give some representation formulas of the operators using q-derivatives.
