Workshop on Optimal Control of Dynamical Systems and applications will be held on 5 and 6 November 2020 at Department of Mathematics, J. J. Strossmayer University of Osijek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The goal of this workshop is to provide a coherent set of lectures that will adequately clarify the mathematical aspects of the (optimal) control of dynamical systems, with special emphasis on optimization and model reduction methods for large-scale systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Invited lecturers are Zlatko Drma\u010d, Luka Grubi\u0161i\u0107, Ivica Naki\u0107 and Josip Tamba\u010da from Department of Mathematics, University of Zagreb, Tobias Breiten, Technische Universit\u00e4t Berlin, Institut f\u00fcr Mathematik, Germany, Serkan Gugercin, Virginia Tech, USA, Ren-Cang Li, University of Texas at Arlington, USA, Ivan Slapni\u010dar, Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Naval Architecture, University of Split and Domagoj Toli\u0107, RIT Croatia, Dubrovnik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This workshop is organized within project Vibration Reduction in Mechanical Systems (VIMS)<\/a> founded by Croatian Science Foundation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The organizing committee members are Serkan Gugercin, Ivana Kuzmanovi\u0107 Ivi\u010di\u0107, Suzana Miodragovi\u0107, Marinela Pilj Vidakovi\u0107, Zoran Tomljanovi\u0107 and Matea Ugrica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Workshop is supported by Department of Mathematics , J. J. Strossmayer University of Osijek and Croatian Science Foundation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
