Introductory Meeting with Incoming Erasmus+ Students

On Thursday, 15 October 2026, an introductory meeting with incoming Erasmus+ students was held at the Dean’s Office of the School of Applied Mathematics and Informatics. The School’s Vice-Dean for Teaching and Students, Associate Professor Zoran Tomljanović, PhD, led the meeting. Also in attendance were the School’s Erasmus+ Academic Coordinator, Associate Professor Ivan Papić, PhD, and Zvonimir Šego, a representative of the School’s Student Union.

The students were introduced to the organisation of classes in the winter semester and all the obligations they would need to fulfil during their mobility period, from course enrolment and amendments to their Learning Agreements to class attendance, continuous assessment, examination periods, and ECTS credits. They were also informed about the documentation required during and at the end of their stay, as well as the School’s administrative services they could contact for assistance.

Zvonimir Šego, the Student Union representative, introduced the incoming students to the Buddy Programme, through which students at the School help them find their way around the School and integrate into the academic community. The students were also introduced to life in Osijek, student facilities and events, and the opportunities the city has to offer.

We wish the incoming Erasmus+ students a pleasant and successful stay at the School of Applied Mathematics and Informatics.
